Steps to Minimize Damage

Burst pipe or major leak: Locate your main water shut-off and turn it off immediately.

Boiler or heating failure: Do not attempt to relight or reset repeatedly — call us first.

Sewage backup: Stop using all drains and toilets in the home.

Smell of gas: Leave the house immediately, don't touch any switches, and call 911 and your gas company before calling us.
